Most situations can be resolved by reading the Help files
and support pages. If you have a problem please use the Web
Support Ticket. We will not answer e-mails if you do not
have a valid Web Support Ticket number.
Check the version numbers of the products you are using.
If the version numbers listed here are higher then you may
update your installation by downloading the latest install
Note: The updates are the core component files and
you will need to copy them to your installation directory
and register the new versions after downloading.
